Description

The Advanced Seller Group is a dedicated team that supports RB Global’s largest and most sophisticated sellers by helping them use our technology and digital selling solutions effectively. 

The group provides a single point of contact for technical support, implementations, and insights across all advanced seller products, working closely with sales teams and customers. Its goal is to simplify the seller experience, deliver clear ownership, and drive long‑term value and growth by deeply integrating RB Global into sellers’ day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Program Manager

  • Dedicated Solutions support role with deep product expertise 
  • Sales Strategy & SAM Support Technical POC for sales team to help pitch and close new accounts 
  • Tier 2 support for Advanced Seller Managers 
  • Product Sales and Liaison: Works with Product Management & Engineering to Manage implementations, in corporate product 
  • Product – Sales Liaison: Works with Product Management & Engineering to Manager implementations, incorporate product feedback and communicate feature launch 
  • Product Analyst: Develops the KPI’s reporting, and insights that inform specific product growth strategy and program health 

 

 Advanced Seller Specialist/Manager Vertical and Account-Focused technical Support 

  • Full Solutions Coverage: Oversee all solutions for named customers/verticals 
  • Technology support for SAMs & Customer: Primary point of contact for technical issues and questions 
  • Insights support: Uses technology products to generate customer level insights to support sales 
  • Distinct from SASC= transactional support and coordination 
  • Distinct from SAM = relationship support and coordination

 

Basic Qualifications

  •  Experience in account management, strategic sales roles or similar environments 
  •  Strong understanding of digital platforms 
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and manage expectations 
  •  Commercial insight and strategic thinking to align client needs with company offerings 
  •  Problem-solving abilities to address client issues efficiently 
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively 
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while meeting targets 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Construction industry or similar
