Description

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for coordinating inbound freight and order fulfillment, including but not limited to: Organizing and scheduling pick and preparation items from the warehouse before arranged deliveries. Coordinating parcel shipping as well as freight/customer pickup schedule; lastly ensure the accuracy of all inbound/outbound orders. You will communicate with internal and external customers both in person, over the phone and through email, Arrange and schedule freight/customer pickup, Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs, Ensure accuracy of all inbound and outbound orders, Update inventory system and other documentation for successful deliveries.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of previous related experience preferred.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work 100% in the office.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to 90% of the shift and assist mail carriers by loading packages onto a dolly.
  • Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing over 45 pounds without assistance.
  • Must have working knowledge of Shipping/ Receiving.
