Equipment

Out in the yard, team members work with a range of large commercial equipment and vehicles – from wheel loaders to semi-trucks to excavators, vehicles and more. Yard jobs include preparing the equipment for inventory and auction.

Autonomy

As a yard team member, you have the opportunity to work flexibly to get the job done. Hours and on-site requirements can vary based on your location and role.

Teamwork

While you have the tools and systems to do your job independently, we rely on each other to pull together to make the big jobs happen, building camaraderie and trust along the way.
