- Base salary + uncapped performance-based bonuses.
- Year 1 - We offer a base salary of $45,000 annually and uncapped monthly sales incentives for an OTE of $60-65 annually.

Qualifications

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to collaborate and interact effectively within a team
- Sales experience is an asset; we also value transferable skills and a strong willingness to learn.
- Demonstrated ability or potential to meet or exceed goals.
- Additional languages are an asset, especially French or Spanish
- Strong presentation, strategic thinking, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities
- Contacting customers who are interacting with Ritchie Bros. with the goal of obtaining a completed credit application that will lead to a financing transaction
- Making outbound calls to customers who have purchased equipment at a recent Ritchie Bros. auction
- Satisfying the needs of all financing inquiries from customers who interacting with Ritchie Bros. auction
- Marketing to and educating the customer on the Ritchie Bros. Financial Services product offering
- Establishing equipment financing pre-approvals for customers’ future purchases
- Providing rate quotation information to customer
- Closing customer on terms and conditions of approval
- Execute on the Follow the Customer strategy, where applicable
- Execute on the re-seller strategy to engage end user customers
