Description
The Associate Sales Project Manager supports the execution of Sales initiatives and the delivery of clear, impactful Sales communications. This hybrid role ensures smaller-scale Sales projects run smoothly and that all Sales communications are streamlined, structured, and business-focused. The ideal candidate is highly organized, energetic, and excels at translating complex information into concise, actionable updates that drive Sales success.
The Associate Sales Project Manager will work Hybrid out of either our office in Burnaby BC or Westchester IL.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4+ years of experience supporting project management or operations initiatives in Sales or Sales Enablement.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, MS Visio, or Teams).
- Comfortable working collaboratively and escalating issues appropriately.
Responsibilities
- Support the management of less complex Sales initiatives, building project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, escalate issues promptly, and maintain alignment.
- Maintain organization and oversight of multiple small projects, due dates, and follow-ups, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Manage recurring Sales communications, batching important updates into concise, Sales-friendly formats with clear business impact.
- Ensure all communications are visually engaging, structured for quick consumption, and archived for reference.
- Prepare executive-level summaries and readouts of projects supported and communications delivered.
- Continuously improve project support and communication processes to increase efficiency and clarity for the Sales organization.
