Description
Supporting the International Project Manager, the Business Process Analyst - International is responsible for extracting and analyzing data, documenting end-to-end business processes, and preparing clear, actionable reports. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, process alignment, and effective communication in support of international project initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years Business Analyst and/or Project Management experience.
- Excellent core business analyst / fundamental project management skills.
- Ability to gather, organize and assess data.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with competing priorities by continuously re-evaluating project statuses, identifying issues and risks, suggesting ways to mitigate them and escalating when necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience working with development/support teams.
- Experience with Salesforce platform and products is preferred
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, organize, and validate operational and project data, supporting KPI reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and traceability
- Process Documentation & Improvement: Document and maintain workflows and operational procedures across teams and markets, proactively identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement through standardized processes
- Project Coordination Support: Support project execution by coordinating activities, tracking progress against timelines, and ensuring deliverables are aligned with project goals and stakeholder expectations
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, share insights, and ensure clear, consistent communication to support operational and project success
