Description du poste
The Designer works collaboratively with other designers conducting user research, helping to craft the information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Under direction, the Designer helps develops the overall design and specifications for creating and enhancing the experience and functionality of user interfaces for products, including websites, software, hardware, and tools. Partners with marketing, product management and product.
Responsabilités
- Successfully leads small to medium-sized design projects from conception to completion.
- Mentors junior designers, providing feedback and support.
- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing, to inform or validate design decisions.
- Participates in brainstorming and working sessions with business stakeholders and execution team.
- May perform user design research, including aggregation and analysis of primary and secondary research data, for consumer and user design acceptance and overall user experience.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Regularly collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and other Stakeholders. Takes initiative in meetings to share insights, present design solutions, and advocate for user needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A team player but can work independently too.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
