Description du poste
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part-time Training Coordinator to oversee our Oracle HCM rollout to 8,500 users this fall. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating training activities to ensure that employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for helping others grow and develop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule training programs, workshops, and seminars tailored to various employee needs and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Training Lead to identify training needs and address skill gaps and enhance performance.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field or related experience.
- Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Adobe is a plus.
