Description du poste

As a Product Designer focused on native mobile applications, you will lead design projects, from ideation through implementation. You’ll have a key role in creating intuitive, user-centered experiences specifically tailored for mobile platforms while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your role will require deep knowledge of mobile UX/UI design, user research, and interaction patterns, ensuring that the mobile applications are optimized for both iOS and Android.

Responsabilités

  • Lead design projects for native mobile apps from conception to completion, ensuring user-friendly, mobile-specific experiences.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing feedback on mobile design principles and patterns.
  • Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions, focusing on mobile use cases.
  • Facilitate design brainstorming and workshops with stakeholders to generate solutions that address both user and business needs.
  • Influences and contributes to product strategy based on a deep understanding of user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders, to ensure seamless mobile experience design and integration.
  • Ensure consistency by working within, and contributing to, the company’s design system, extending mobile-specific components when necessary.
  • Make informed decisions on mobile-specific information architecture and navigation models.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in product design with a strong focus on native mobile applications (iOS and Android).
  • Expertise in mobile design patterns, gestures, and UI frameworks for iOS and Android.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and mobile app UX best practices.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first designs that deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
  • Set a high standard for design quality and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, while demonstrating leadership during design critiques and project planning.
