The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of our recruitment processes through strategic navigation and management of our HCM system. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. The primary focus of this role is to optimize the efficiency and accuracy of our talent acquisition workflow while supporting applicants and new hires through the onboarding process.

Responsabilités

  • Strategically navigate and manage the complexities of Oracle HCM to meet the unique needs of various business units.
  • Analyze incoming data for critical talent acquisition processes, including requisition types, codes, locations, and hiring manager needs. 
  • Rectify errors promptly to maintain the accuracy and efficiency of talent acquisition workflow. 
  • Facilitate knowledge transfers with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to enhance understanding of Oracle HCM. 
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners on the assignment and progression of requisitions. 
  • Monitor internal and external communication platforms, including TA operations inbox, and help desk. 
  • Build and adapt talent acquisition reports to provide critical data for decision-making. 
  • Manage the hiring of part-time and contractor positions. Including the initiation of offers and pre-employment screenings. 
  • Collaborate with the People Team and internal business stakeholders to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency. 
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize talent acquisition workflow to align with organizational needs. 
  • Support all applicants and new hires with the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with teams across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Asia Pacific for input into globally supported projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting Talent Acquisition/Recruiting teams.
  • Requires working knowledge of both recruiting and marketing areas and the ability to integrate the two fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within remote teams; share responsibility for results and accepting feedback.
  • Strong preference for those who have prior Marketing experience or undergraduate degree in Marketing.
  • Excellent at creating innovative communications and using tools/applications to assist.
  • Analytical, used to gathering metrics and working with data to provide insight and direction.
  • Self-directed, forward thinker that can bring new ideas to the forefront based on looking at trends and external best practices.
  • Highly energetic, excellent communicator, and talent ambassador
  • Digital native, inherently curious, and excellent researcher
  • Fluency in oral & written English required, multi-lingual ability (oral & written) is preferred in general.
  • Typical Business office Environment
