  • The Talent Acquisition Business Partner ("TABP") is responsible for executing recruitment strategies based on respective labor markets of the assigned business groups. This role positively impacts business results through consulting stakeholders on recruitment matters, ongoing process improvement and the ability to effectively attract, assess and hire the best talent. This role will provide stakeholders with the highest level of service through the execution of innovative recruitment solutions. In addition, this role also acts as a brand ambassador to build relationships within professional associations, on/offline communities, and educational institutions to produce an ongoing pool of pre-qualified candidates.

Responsabilités

  • Manages recruitment projects end to end including hiring manager needs identification and creation of job performance profiles.
  • Owns recruiting projects from advertising, qualifying, assessing and candidate submission.
  • Works with senior members of the Talent Acquisition team to draft search engine optimized and performance-based job postings.
  • Implements innovative sourcing strategies using boolean, social media and alternative on/offline techniques to attract the highest quality of candidate
  • Develops strong relationships and partners with hiring managers, business leaders, HR business partners and stakeholders.
  • Assist in workforce planning and forecasting talent in alignment with succession and performance plans.
  • Execute employer branding campaigns in alignment with global strategy.
  • Monitor recruitment spends vendor management and service level agreements.
  • Consistently delivers the highest level of service with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process
  • Utilizes knowledge of talent personas to attract quality candidates.
  • Develops a holistic understanding of basic talent mapping and candidate segmentation tactics.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with the external market through networking with professional associations, educational institutions, and community events.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador educating external talent on corporate benefits, environment, business mission/vision and employee value proposition.
  • Continually sources and nurtures top talent.
  • Utilizes a variety of public resources to obtain a good understanding of labour market conditions.
  • Monitors industry news and role-specific trends to be able to advise hiring managers on market conditions
  • Tracks knowledge gained from the network on benchmarking total compensation
  • Collects and shares competitor reconnaissance learned through candidate and network interactions to further the success of the business
  • Provides insights to stakeholders on talent pool demographics within assigned business functions and geographies
  • Creates ad-hoc reporting and analyzes trends utilizing ATS, HRIS and MS suite when requested
  • Supports program execution specific to geographic or functional responsibility, including project assistance and communications.
  • Supplementary support with administrative components involved in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Works closely with Talent Acquisition Coordinators to ensure that all post hire processes are properly executed and to ensure the best candidate experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in agency or in-house recruitment; experience in both is highly preferred.
  • Experience in IT/technical and or Sales recruitment is required.
  • Knowledge of interviewing best practices and techniques.
  • Proven track record recruiting passive candidates in highly competitive labor markets (eg, Bay Area or Vancouver in IT, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence)
  • Understanding of hiring manager needs assessment concepts and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within remote teams; share responsibility for results and accept feedback.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and prioritizing stakeholder requests.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and judgment sufficient to handle sensitive employment issues.
  • Experience with Taleo or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking tools.
  • Fluency in oral & written English required; multilingualism (oral & written) is a bonus.
  • Typical Business office Environment
