Description du poste

The Market Development Specialist, is responsible for building, maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with Buyers included in their Book of Business to maximize IAA’s revenue and customer satisfaction. This role will focus on our Latin American Markets, and the incumbent must be fluent in the Spanish language. This customer facing role is responsible for helping develop a Strategic Plan and establish Project Based Initiatives with their Assigned Accounts that are alignment with organizational goals. The Market Development Specialist will assist other departments with special projects and outreach to sell, train, and update Buyers on IAA’s new products, services, and initiatives. 
 

Responsabilités

  • Build and maintain strong brand trust and close working relationships with high-volume International Buyers, managing expectations and satisfaction.
  • Key contributor to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) by drafting deliverables and the primary facilitator during these meetings. 
  • Establish Project Based Initiatives (PBI’s) with Book of Business to optimize revenue generating opportunities and increase efficiencies in doing business. 
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market conditions within their assigned Territory. 
  • Provide support organizing and establishing goals for Buyer events and trips that will enhance organization’s brand awareness and growth in Assigned Territory 
  • Spearhead special project outreach to applicable Buyers for any IAA promotions & co-promotions with our partners and gather feedback or engagement where necessary in collaboration with other IAA departments. 
  • Complete data analysis to help with reporting and aide in decision making process for overall Market Development strategy. 
  • Present new product, services and partnerships to managed accounts as they are added to IAA’s product portfolio, uncovering business opportunities that may generate incremental revenue and/or create efficiencies. 
  • Provide superior customer service and adhere to IAA’s Customer Care Values and action customer feedback, working closely with other IAA teams. 
  • Establish efficient communication methods and liaisons between key customers and internal departments. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent 
  • 4+ years of Business Development or Account Management experience 
  • 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry 
  • Fluent in Spanish
