RB Global is looking for an innovative and passionate Salesforce.com Product Manager who shares our vision of bringing the power of the Salesforce.com “Platform” to RB Global. You will drive the creation and evolution of the Salesforce.com product roadmap working closely with key stakeholders to support business objectives

Responsabilités

• Guide Salesforce.com product enhancements to deliver meaningful business value.
• Take ownership of products within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Manage a strategic roadmap. Develop the vision and product roadmap in accordance with corporate standards
• Create and maintain feature planning documents, product backlogs and user stories.
• Maximize the growth and profitability of RB Global by identifying opportunities that improve stakeholder engagement and create efficiencies.
• Lead the efforts to prioritize development team activities.
• Collaborate with other functional areas to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce.com features and enhancements that deliver value and achieve RB Global business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for business or process improvement, make appropriate recommendations and implement solutions.
• Actively work within the organization to both directly and indirectly guide Product and Engineering teams and resources to be able to achieve desired outcomes.
• Responsible for reporting out key performance indicators of initiatives aligned to company strategy.
• Be a key and contributing member of the Product Management team to deliver ideas, strategies, and initiatives that result in profitable growth for RB Global in its entirety.
• Provide expertise on the capabilities and functionality of Salesforce.com

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in product management or product development roles and successfully driving results
• Familiarity of Salesfore.com
• Strong interpersonal skills required to clearly articulate business requirements and value to internal and external stakeholders.
