The Director, Product Management will work with key stakeholders across the organization (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support) to develop a holistic vision for a platform that provides a single, common view of an RB customer across all of our marketplaces and services. In this role, this person must define the vision and business case for the delivery of a single customer “repository” as well as the delivery of tools and applications that provide the ability to grow revenue through new customer insights and predictive modeling. In addition, this position is responsible (working with the development teams) for the design, integration, and delivery of these applications – including the selection and management of third-party vendors
Responsabilités
- Develop platform vision and product roadmap in accordance with corporate standards and the Company’s strategic plan and the business plans of other departments. Ensure that all departmental staff are aware of and focused on the priority objectives established in the Company’s strategic plan.
- Leads and manages dedicated resources to build a centralized platform that provides key operating teams core insights into our customers interaction and engagement across all our marketplaces and services offerings.
- Drives the growth, profitability, and scalability of customer growth initiatives by identifying customer requirements and helping to guide development priorities to ensure the solutions developed meet the needs and requirements of our customers
- Collaborates with other functional areas to ensure the successful implementation of platforms applications, and systems that deliver on customer value and achieve RB business objectives
- Create tools that allow our key operating teams to maximize customer engagement with all our marketplaces and services offerings
- Actively work within the organization to both directly and indirectly guide project and engineering teams and resources to be able to achieve desired solutions.?????
- Responsible for reporting out key performance indicators of customer growth initiatives and working with steering committee to confirm resources and investments necessary to drive growth
- Provide industry insights and intelligence to the management team on shifts in key technology trends around personalization, predictive analytics, and delivery methods.
- Demonstrate sound judgment in solving business problems; generate and objectively evaluate alternative courses of action; demonstrate versatile thinking and make decisions based on factual analysis and a regard for consequences; show good judgment and common sense.
- Manage, recruit, hire, and train team members setting performance guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 10 years’ experience in product management or product development roles and successfully driving results.
- Strong computer skills including the ability to learn new systems and to enter data quickly and accurately
- Demonstrated leadership and the ability to take initiative.
- Strong Problem solving, organizational and time management skills
- Able to set priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
- A desire to help others learn, someone who takes responsibility to coach and mentor others
- Good communication skills - strong on diplomacy, a patient listener, strong written communication skills, proven conflict resolution skills
- Team player, ability to relate to a diverse customer base and workforce, ability to put people at ease and the ability to easily network with others
- High level of integrity and ethics
