The Marketing Manager plans and implements programs that generate supply for our multiple solutions and increases engagement with both existing and prospective sellers. Responsible for developing solution-based marketing plans for various segments of the organization. Identifies target audiences, create awareness, and generate supply by implementing and overseeing marketing tactics such as events, field outreach, email, direct mail, telemarketing, digital and social media with the objective of driving opportunities and accelerating sales cycles for prospects and existing sellers.

Responsabilités

• Development, execution and project management of multi-channel marketing strategies that involve in-market campaigns, lead-generating events, brand application and sales enablement. 
• Tracking, measuring and reporting results from campaigns, events and projects using PowerBI and web analytics.
• Assist in managing application of the IAA brand with in-market teams, ensuring brand is consistent. 
• Collaboration with production team to ensure marketing materials have informative, motivating content that resonates with the various segments within the vehicle buyer and seller audiences. 
• Detailed project management and organization to ensure work is done on time and with a high degree of quality. 
• Regular management and collaboration with in-house creative teams cross-functional business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience working collaboratively across a Marketing department- working in-house within a matrix organization 
• Superior organization skills and attention to detail; ability to proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to make decisions, mitigate risks and solve problems under a tight deadline.
• Ability to thrive under the pressure of deadlines in a fast stakes dynamic business environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven ability to build good and productive business relationships.
• Confidence in presenting and explaining our processes and rules within the marketing organization.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Must be willing to undertake both routine tasks and new, challenging projects.
• Must work well in an open, collaborative team environment.
