Ready to accelerate your sales career with a global leader? To maintain our position as the leading online marketplace platform for used equipment, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Sweden.

As an Account Manager, you'll be a key player in driving the growth of Mascus, Europe's leading online marketplace platform for used equipment. Working from our modern Nacka office and within your designated territory, you'll build strong relationships with new and existing customers, becoming their trusted partner for selling used equipment. You'll empower clients by offering our powerful Mascus listing service, giving them full control of their sales process and the highest investment-to-payoff ratio in the industry.

This exciting role blends field work with the flexibility of a home office, allowing you to manage your territory effectively. You'll be joining a high-performing team, while focusing on generating a consistent flow of new equipment listings. High-volume outbound calling will be a key part of your day, ensuring a constant stream of opportunities. We'll equip you with all the training, tools, and a company car you need to thrive and run your own successful “business to business.”

What You'll Do:

  • Drive high-volume outbound calls and visits to our prospects and customer
  • Generate new and repeat business through exceptional customer service.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, expanding sales through cross-selling.
  • Develop and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer data within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:

  • A genuine passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
  • 1-2 years of account management or inside sales experience (preferred).
  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with heavy machinery (a plus, but not required).
  • A self-starter mentality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
