The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Lead is accountable for supporting and leveraging the company’s marketing communications for key RBGlobal websites. The CRO Lead is a marketing savvy front-end developer familiar with user experience design, some development experience, and a passion for data. The CRO Lead will use a blend of analytical, web development, and UX skills to identify, strategize and prioritize areas for improvement, and test hypotheses into implementation. This role will have the ability to develop an insightful understanding of conversions along to the path to purchase/consignment/lead with RBGlobal. They will understand stakeholder requirements and lead design on pages aligned to campaign themes, objectives, and goals.
Responsabilités
- Lead the definition, development, and documentation of testing business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications in collaboration across internal teams.
- Leverage testing software and knowledge of web development to build customized personalization’s and landing pages for Marketing and write code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript or other languages to create variants for tests.
- Lead design for all conversion goal orientated landing page developments by providing actionable insights for digital marketing specialist and other key stakeholders in development to adhere to Brand Standards.
- Build professional relationships across IT, Marketing, and Product Management that enable execution of optimization recommendations.
- Use web analytics and other data sources to research optimization opportunities.
- Create, maintain, and present clear and actionable reports, dashboards, and analysis that are aligned with KPIs and benchmarks.
- Stay ahead of the trends, technologies, and tactics within CRO and user experience design for the web.
- Educate colleagues on CRO practice with process and documentation socialization.
- Consult and collaborate with other key stakeholders on other website design developments for all RB brands.
- Be a thought partner for marketing channel owners in driving growth in their areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience working in an Agile development and test-driven user experience design environment would be an asset, with at least 5 years of professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and optimization platforms, specifically Optimizely, Google Optimize or other testing software.
- Proficient in front-end development with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
- Solid understanding of web analytics, particularly Google Analytics, including setup, configuration, and reporting.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are mandatory as you will be collaborating across functional departments daily.
- Must enjoy working in a team.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Must be able to learn, understand, and apply knowledge to business goals.
- Self-motivated and little to no supervision required.
- Typical Business Office environment.
