Description du poste

  • The Senior Territory Manager is responsible for the generation of billions of dollars in gross transactional value every year within an assigned territory. They source and grow sales with new, high potential business by building strong, personal, and professional relationships with new and existing customers through pro-active prospecting and cold calling.

Responsabilités

  • Sources and grows sales with new, high potential business by building strong, personal, and professional relationships with new and existing customers through pro-active prospecting and cold calling.
  • Maximizes customer returns by effectively positioning their assets through the multi-channel solutions Ritchie Bros. offers.
  • Develop assigned territory by building, maintaining, and updating Playbook on a frequent basis.
  • Utilize Salesforce to document ad drive the sales process with customers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years in a structured outside / field sales role, and a consistent track-record of meeting / exceeding quotas.
  • To be able to travel several days per month, sometimes overnight, to cover the territory, attend auctions, and various trainings.
  • The ability to work from various locations (remote/home, customer sites, on the road)
  • A valid, clean driver’s license.
  • Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment experience is preferred.
