We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative-Part-Time. The work location for this position is Dunnigan, California, and is considered a fully on-site role..
Hourly Rate is $16-18.00 USD and commensurate with experience.
This is ongoing, part-time work and applicants should be available to join the crew for each of the scheduled sales per calendar year at our sale site in March, June September, and December. The time commitment could involve working 3 weeks in addition to auction days.
The Opportunity:
Provide support for customers with respect to obtaining registrations and required documents for consignors at our auctions and provide proper paperwork & car faxes to our buyers.
In this role you’ll:
- Ensure that superior customer service is delivered, and customers have a positive experience with Ritchie Bros.
- Provide information related to upcoming auctions and equipment.
- Provide customers with information about auxiliary services, and additional administrative support as needed.
- Gain and apply knowledge in the processes of our business in order to best support our customers.
- Perform other various duties as required from time to time, and may necessitate indoors and outdoors responsibilities
- Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.
Here’s what you bring:
- Previous work experience where you worked in-person with customers.
- Experience using computers, and able to learn to use new technology and software.
- Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry.
- A commitment to providing fantastic customer service.
- Able to work well and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
- A friendly, outgoing, patient personality.
- You thrive working as part of team, pitching in wherever you’re needed most.
- You don't mind working hard, and you like to have fun at work.
Individual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
Based on the national average, the anticipated hourly wage range for this role is $15.48- $23.17 per hour. (hourly)
