Description

The Learning & Talent Development Senior Specialist plays a pivotal role in advancing our global talent strategy by designing, delivering, and optimizing modern learning experiences that drive organizational performance. This role emphasizes high-quality e‑learning design, the integration of modern learning tools and AI, and the creation of scalable, user‑centered content that aligns with business priorities.

This specialist supports and enhances the full suite of GLTD programs—including leadership development, operational excellence, performance management, and global compliance—while ensuring employees have access to engaging, relevant, and accessible learning resources across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 4-7 Years direct work experience in a similar role.
  • This is a hybrid role.

Experience with the following tools preferred:

  • Articulate 360, iSpring Suite, Adobe Captivate, Synthesia, Adobe Learning Manager, Vyond, Gamma, Co-pilot, Gemini, Camtasia, Powtoon, Canva, Modern AI tools, Hey Gen, Lectora, NotebookLM, Microsoft office suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Natural Readers, Elevenlabs.

Responsibilities

• Modern Learning Design & E‑Learning Development
Creates high‑quality digital learning using contemporary instructional design approaches, interactive media, and user-centered design. Utilizes e-learning authoring tools and AI capabilities to rapidly develop and enhance content, ensuring relevance, accessibility, and strong learner engagement.

• AI-Enabled Content Creation and Automation
Uses generative AI and learning automation tools to accelerate development, personalize learning pathways, enhance interactivity, and streamline content maintenance—supporting scalable, efficient learning operations.

• Strategic Alignment to Business Needs
Partners with business leaders to understand capability needs, translate strategy into learning solutions, and ensure programs directly support organizational priorities, performance expectations, and long-term workforce development.

• Leadership Development & Career Growth
Supports the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of leadership development programs and career development resources aligned to global talent frameworks.

• Operational & Compliance Training
Develops, maintains, and delivers global compliance learning programs—including mandatory training, regulatory requirements, and operational skill content—ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences across all regions.

• Learning Tools, Platforms & Processes
Manages learning systems, tools, templates, and processes that enable efficient development and delivery of training. Supports the evolution of the learning ecosystem with modern technologies and best practices.

• Data Intelligence & Measurement
Generates dashboards, insights, and analytics to measure learning impact, track engagement, and guide program improvements—ensuring learning investments are delivering business value.
