Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5 plus years of experience in Sales Operations, Contract Management, or Sales Enablement leadership.
- Proven success leading teams and implementing technology-driven process improvements.
- Strong command of CRM/CLM systems (i.e. Salesforce) and data analytics tools.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities
- Lead and empower a team of Contract Management professionals to deliver speed, accuracy, and insight across the contract lifecycle.
- Serve as the one-stop coordination hub for non-standard terms, driving alignment and rapid approvals across Sales, Legal, and Finance.
- Ensure every contract is clean, compliant, and captured—maintaining high-quality data in the contract database and CRM systems.
- Champion technology and AI adoption to improve processes, uncover portfolio insights, and make strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate across all levels of the organization to standardize terms, streamline operations, and remove friction from deal execution.
- Continuously refine workflows and business practices to improve efficiency, visibility, and business impact.
- Ensure business process is followed, proactively and independently work across the organization to address compliance issues.
