Description
The Lead drives team effectiveness and operational excellence. This role designs and implements streamlined onboarding and training programs, ensuring best practices and coaching consistently deliver a high-quality seller experience. The Lead engages in cross-departmental troubleshooting, leverages project management skills, and demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs. Through ongoing evaluation and refinement of processes, the Lead fosters continuous improvement and efficiency across the Sales Support function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated work experience
- 3 or more years of relevant work experience
- Training and development for adult learners
- Executive level customer service experience
- Project Management
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Sales Effectiveness
- Advanced level of understanding of MS office and Adobe products.
- Understanding of adult learning theories and best practices for delivery and retention of information.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement onboarding, training and best practices for Sales Support Roles, ensuring continuous development, effective integration, and a consistently high-quality seller experience.
- Coach and mentor Sales Support team members to drive professional growth, elevate customer service standards, and foster a culture of excellence.
- Engage stakeholders to resolve complex issues by applying effective project management practices, ensuring clear, professional communication and delivering timely, practical solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams and customers to proactively identify and mitigate risks, supporting leadership objectives and business continuity.
Pay for the Sales Support Training Lead will be based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications and geographical location.
