The Yard Staff safely receives, merchandises, uses inventory accountability practices, operates MHE, and facilitates check-out of items. They may perform their duties at customer locations, RB Global facilities, and/or Government Locations. Strict adherence to the Ritchie Bros. standard of customer service is always expected of the Yard Staff.

• Good customer service to both internal and external customers.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Travel up to 80% may be required
• Lift 80 pounds regularly

• Receives/releases (checks-in/checks-out) inventory.
• Performs joint physical inventories at government locations.
• Uses systems to track and process inventory.
• Drives/operates heavy and light equipment.
• Performs facility inspections (per checklists) and provides housekeeping or maintenance services as necessary.
• Performs basic maintenance and light repairs on equipment.
• Merchandises and inspects items for sale.
• Boosts equipment.
• Performs basic demilitarization and deidentification.
• Checks fluid and fuel levels on equipment.
• Assist in coordinating logistics.
• Interacts with customers.
• Travels to other locations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
