Description du poste
The Equity Administration Lead in conjunction with the Manager of Compensation, will oversee the administration of our global equity compensation programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, while delivering exceptional support to employees and business partners. In this role, you will analyze, administer, and enhance our equity compensation programs; providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance stock plan programs and play a key role in shaping program strategy and enhancing employee engagement through effective communication.
Responsabilités
- Program Administration: Assist in the administration of all aspects of equity compensation programs, including:
- RSUs and PSUs: Manage grants, vesting schedules, process releases, and ensure proper tax withholding and reporting.
- Stock Options: Handle option exercises and ensure compliance with plan rules and deadlines.
- ESPP: Oversee employee enrollment periods, monitor contribution limits, and manage purchases, including processing post-purchase activities. - Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of stock plan data, including grants, exercises, and vesting schedules. Prepare reports that provide insights on program effectiveness and participation rates.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements. Prepare and file necessary documents and reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance/Accounting, and Legal teams to ensure alignment on stock plan administration.
- Stakeholder Support and Communications: Serve as a resource for employee inquiries regarding equity compensation plans. Help develop and distribute communication materials, including FAQs and guides.
- System Management: Oversee the administration of stock plan software and tools. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in record-keeping and reporting systems.
- Plan Design & Strategy: Collaborate with the HR and finance teams to design and implement stock plan strategies that align with company goals and enhance employee retention and motivation.
- Vendor Management: Assist in coordinating with external vendors and consultants to facilitate smooth plan administration and compliance processes.
- Policy Development: Maintain and update policies and procedures related to stock plan administration, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to equity compensation, providing recommendations for improvements to our programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in stock plan administration and analysis or a related role, preferably within a publicly traded company
- Strong knowledge of equity compensation programs, SEC regulations, accounting and tax implications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in stock plan administration software (preferably Fidelity).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
