The Supervisor, Government Services is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the Post-Sale Care and Dispute Team. Second line escalation point when an agent has a complex situation regarding SF97, titles, EUC and disputes. The Supervisor, GovPlanet will be the Liaison between the DLA & GovPlanet’s Government customers. This position will oversee abandonment inventory and have consistent communications between Auction Operations and Post-Sale.

Responsabilités

• Manage 3-4 Government Services Support Specialists
• Handles escalations from Post Sale Care Team regarding SF97/Titles, EUC and Disputes
• Communicating with government agencies & customers
• Cross-coordination with multiple departments
• Making judgement calls for abandoned inventory while keeping customers’ needs in mind
• Assist Manager on specific projects as required
• Serve as a peer role model in reference to attendance, knowledge
• Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• 2 years of management preferred.
• Typical Business office work environment
