We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Total Rewards Intern to support our Total Rewards team in 
delivering key compensation and benefits initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR analytics 
and reporting, compensation research, benefits administration, and exposure to strategic HR programs.

Responsabilités

  • Assist in the research and analysis of data related to compensation, benefits, and total reward programs 
  • Aid in maintaining compensation and benefits records with accuracy and confidentiality 
  • Participate in the evaluation and improvement of data processes and systems to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with compliance tracking for benefits and compensation-related programs 
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Total Rewards team

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field 

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 

• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion 

• Interest in compensation, benefits, data and analytics, and HR strategy
