Description
The Manager, Title Center is responsible for managing incoming volume of work to the title center, ensuring proper staffing to handle volume, identifying process/system enhancements to improve efficiency, reporting on SLA metrics, and managing strong customer communication. The incumbent must maintain expert-level knowledge of all DDI products and services while fostering an All-In, One Team working environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, technical degree, or 2 years of leadership experience in an automotive or manufacturing industry role

Responsibilities
- Leading a team of people with high volume of paper-based transactions across a portfolio of customers
- Managing overall staffing capacity for the department based on productivity to ensure DDI performance standards are met or exceeded
- Developing process and system enhancements to increase efficiency of the department
- Leading proactive written and verbal communication with customers regarding all facets of business performance, including reporting Service Level Agreement attainment.
- Reconciling monthly invoicing for top customers
- Maintaining professionalism across the department
- Developing supervisors and team leads in support of DDI’s “promote from within” culture
- Ensuring that team members have the tools necessary to be effective and productive
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor team performance to ensure customer satisfaction
