Description

The People Technology Analyst assists in the maintenance and administration of Core HR functionalities including employee data updates and organizational change This role requires strong Excel and analytical skills, experience using Oracle HCM or other HRIS systems, and effective communication with team members and business partners.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent required.
•    A minimum of 2 years of experience implementing/supporting Oracle Cloud HCM or any other HRIS system
•    Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with reporting tools.
•    Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•    Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across various time zones.
•    Flexibility to adjust working hours slightly earlier or later to accommodate EST/PST time zones.
 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the maintenance and administration of Core HR functionalities, including employee data updates and organizational changes.
  • Help manage user roles and security access provisioning in Oracle Cloud HCM. Monitor and support access-related requests following established controls and approval processes.
  • Participate in system upgrade and patch testing activities by executing test scripts, validating results, and reporting issues under guidance.
  • Support issue identification and initial troubleshooting steps. Log and track issues using tools like JIRA, escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Run and distribute standard OTBI and BIP reports. Assist with minor modifications and basic report queries.
  • Update and maintain documentation related to configuration changes, test results, and end-user procedures.
  • Work closely with people technology team members, IT, and business teams to understand requirements, follow processes, and learn best practices.
  • Assist in gathering and validating HR data for various metrics and reporting needs.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative mindset and willingness to take on additional tasks, showing enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
