- Account Management team is the front line of our business and is directly responsible for the generation of new business through inbound and outbound channels while forging long term relationships. The position is assisting customers/clients with financing solutions for the auctioned off assets. There are many opportunities for individuals to advance their careers. Qualifications
- 1-4 years of B2B/B2C sales experience, including experience outbound calling
- Consistent track-record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
- Intermediate skills with MS Word and Excel are required.
- Driven to seek new business and have a natural ability at building authentic customer relationships.
- Ability to collaborate and interact effectively within a Team.
- Knowledge in analysis and adjudication of consumer or commercial credit is an asset.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma is considered an asset.
- Additional languages are an asset, especially French or Spanish.
- Strong presentation, strategic thinking, negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job.

Responsibilities
- Introduce and sell our services to current and future customers.
- Conduct outbound calls to generate credit applications from provided warm leads.
- Complete the sales process while building strong customer relationships
- Communicate with customers to discuss their applications and financing options available.
- Track and follow up with lost business to establish long term relationships for future business.
- Partner with Senior Account Managers to learn the business and fundamentals of the position.
- Performs other Duties as needed
