Description
- The Post Sale Support Specialist (PSSS) plays a pivotal role in delivering first-class service to our customers across both our live and online platforms. The PSSS is responsible for handling all customer questions and issues surrounding equipment post-sale including sales tax, payment collection, defaults and initial dispute resolution.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years working within a collections or sales tax environment with emphasis on customer service and quick resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding payment status, review account for payment options, communicate account suspension and defaulted status together with penalties when appropriate
- Review and adjust Sales Tax, issuing refunds when appropriate
- Handle the initial stages of dispute resolution – listen to the customer to determine the issue and taking the appropriate resolution steps
- Communicate with internal/external customers regarding policies and Terms and Conditions to ensure they understand any limitations on resolution and answering questions as needed
