• Assess and coordinate the resolution of sanctions-screening alerts and other compliance findings, escalating matters to the Legal Department where appropriate.
• Work with local colleagues and native-language speakers to support customer communications and resolve jurisdiction- or language-specific queries.
• Track, prioritise and manage outstanding or pending cases to ensure that manual reviews are completed promptly and no case is left unresolved.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of reviews, customer communications, decisions and escalations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders responsible for the screening tool and provide practical feedback on recurring issues, exceptions and opportunities to improve the onboarding process.
• Support the company in maintaining effective, consistent and efficient customer-screening and onboarding processes.

• Experience assessing screening results and identifying when a case can be resolved, requires further information or should be escalated.
• Understanding of end-to-end customer onboarding journeys and the operational impact of compliance requirements.

Skills and Attributes
• Strong organisational and case-management skills, with the ability to manage a substantial volume of concurrent reviews.
• Careful attention to detail and a consistent, risk-aware approach to decision-making.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in contacting customers directly.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different functions, countries and languages.
• Sound judgement and the ability to recognise when legal or compliance input is required.
• A practical, proactive and customer-conscious approach to resolving onboarding issues.
