Join our dynamic team as a Field Inspector III, where you'll play a vital role in bringing RBA events to life—both TAL and online photo-only listings. You'll be at the forefront of showcasing equipment to potential buyers.
What You'll Do:
- Use the iInspector app to gather accurate data and capture high-quality images of static equipment
- Help organize inspection materials and prepare equipment for sale
- Contribute to smooth event execution by ensuring everything is inspection-ready
- Receive hands-on training and mentorship as you grow in the role

Qualifications
- 3 -5 Years of experience in related equipment industry environment
- Construction, Mechanical work or other hands on work environment
- Ability to work Independently in a fast pace environment
- Strong Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic Technical proficiency with mobile applications and photography
- Valid Drivers license
- Ability to travel within designated areas for equipment inspection
- Ability to work outdoors 100% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Use iInspector application to complete inspections for various equipment & inspection product types
- Coordinate and/or perform tasks to prepare equipment for inspection
- Create strategic routes that drive overall efficiency for remote inspections
- Navigate unique equipment types to select proper inspection checklist that drive content accuracy
- Make equipment condition assessments and provide thorough information to best describe
- Action inspection type upgrades or downgrades to align with equipment condition when warranted
- Communicate and resolve equipment identification and readiness issues
- Navigate and resolve technical concerns related to iInspector app and inspection content processing
- Organize daily tasks in a manner that drive effective sale processing for multichannel products
- Responsibilities includes acting as a lead onsite coordinator for large remote sales and acting as a mentor for junior-level inspectors.
- Support auction day activities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
In addition to Base salary and benefits package the role qualifies for production incentive pay of up to $4,000 Quarterly.
