About The Team

We conduct hundreds of live auctions each year around the world. It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full-time and part-time roles to conduct a successful multi-million dollar auction – from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives.  

Job Description

The Opportunity:
 
In this role you’ll:
  • Answer general employee and customer inquires in a professional manner
  • Direct all specific inquires to the appropriate individual in the department
  • Provide administrative support to management and other staff 
  • Perform general administrative tasks including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Maintain and update staff vacation and project schedules
  • Support department staff on project-based work as required
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Champions safety in the workplace and ensures all safety policies and procedures are consistently followed
  • Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.
Here’s what you bring:
  •  1-2 years administrative experience 
  •  High School graduation
  •  Proficiency with computer programs such as Word and Excel are considered an asset
  •  Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to have fun on the job!
