Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our internal tools, specifically focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and sales support teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact internal solutions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for internal tools used by sales and sales support teams. Align this vision with the overall business goals and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
  • User Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough user research to understand the needs and pain points of the sales and sales support teams. Translate these insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, sales support, and other relevant teams to gather feedback, ensure alignment, and drive adoption of internal tools. Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders regularly.
  • CRM Integration: Leverage expertise in CRM systems like Salesforce to integrate and optimize these tools within the internal tool ecosystem. Ensure seamless data flow and usability for sales teams.
  • Performance Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of internal tools. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on internal tools and systems. Experience in the sales or sales support domain is highly preferred.
  • CRM Expertise: Proven experience working with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. Strong understanding of CRM workflows and best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical constraints and opportunities. Experience with data integration and API usage is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and product improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a B2B technology company.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong customer empathy and a passion for improving user experience.
