Job Description

  • The Post Sale Support Specialist (PSSS) plays a pivotal role in delivering first-class service to our customers across both our live and online platforms. The PSSS is responsible for handling all customer questions and issues surrounding equipment post-sale including sales tax, payment collection, defaults and initial dispute resolution. This position is a 3 month contract with the possibility to be extended. 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers regarding payment status, review account for payment options, communicate account suspension and defaulted status together with penalties when appropriate
  • Review and adjust Sales Tax, issuing refunds when appropriate
  • Handle the initial stages of dispute resolution – listen to the customer to determine the issue and taking the appropriate resolution steps
  • Communicate with internal/external customers regarding policies and Terms and Conditions to ensure they understand any limitations on resolution and answering questions as needed
  • Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years working within a collections or sales tax environment with emphasis on customer service and quick resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual
