We conduct hundreds of live auctions each year around the world. It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full-time and part-time roles to conduct a successful multi-million dollar auction – from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives.

We’re looking for a Part-time Registration ClerkThe work location for this position is Grand Prairie, Alberta, and is considered a fully on-site role
 
The Opportunity:
 
The Registration Clerk will answer inquiries and process registration paperwork for assets listed in the auction.
 
In this role you’ll:

•    Process registrations and other required paperwork.
•    Communicate with consignors and sales staff regarding required information.
•    Track interactions relating to customer requests and proactively report areas of customer concerns.
•    Ensure customer confidentiality at all times.
•    Provide customers with information about upcoming auctions.
•    Ensure that superior customer service is delivered at all times.
•    Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility         for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers

•    Previous in person customer service work experience.
•    Experience using computers, and the ability to learn new technology/software.
•    Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
•    A commitment to providing fantastic customer service.
•    Able to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
•    A friendly, outgoing, patient personality.
•    You thrive working as part of team, pitching in wherever you’re needed most.
