Plays a lead role in all “At Risk” Files (Guarantees, Land, Bid Deposits, Advances & Inventory Purchases) adhering to compliance and resolutions in strong risk mitigation.

Responsible for pre-sale contract management, searching, negotiating lienholder payouts and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Liaison between Review and Disbursements teams, with deep focus on implementing change and efficiency gain by improving current processes and best practices.

Negotiating with lienholders.

Investigation and resolution of any discrepancies with current and outstanding “At-Risk” files. Collaboration with all Customer Financial Operations and departments as deemed necessary.

Open dialogue with direct supervisor/manager to enhance, seek and implement further efficiency opportunities in the “At Risk” process.

Ability to escalate problematic files with Legal, Finance Leaders & Sales when necessary.

Ensure all training materials are up to date and provide training sessions when required.

Act as a resource of knowledge related to both Seller Services Agricultural divisions & Industrial divisions for ALL Guarantees, Inventory, Land, Bid Deposits & Advance contracts.

Manage Land with or without equipment contracts pre-sale.

Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in a Search Administrator role or equivalent risk-related work experience.

Proven understanding of company policies/procedures.

Negotiating and problem resolution.

Ability to work independently and without direct supervision.

Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Professional office or remote environment.

Limited travel required.
