About the Role

Are you ready to take your payroll accounting expertise to the next level? At Ritchie Bros, we are looking for a meticulous and experienced Payroll Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring complete and accurate payroll accounting within the EMEA region, making a significant impact on our financial operations.

Your Journey with Us

As a Payroll Accountant, you will engage with payroll and HR teams regularly, keeping a pulse on everything from EMEA leavers and joiners to salaries, benefits, statutory contributions, overtime, and paid time off. Furthermore, you will support the analysis of certain areas of the country and regional income statements, including wages, social security, and headcount statistics. Additionally, you will fulfill audit requests from group and local statutory auditors regarding payroll and related accounts, providing the necessary information and documentation.
