Job Description

Strategic Accounts Sales Coordinator is a trusted advisor for the Strategic Accounts sales team and customer base. The SASC works to maintain a comprehensive understanding of Ritchie Bros. systems to enable the compilation of complex data to develop actionable steps that will optimize processes, results, and the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimized customer experience.
  • Work closely with Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) to retain relationships and build customer loyalty
  • Ensure all organizational and operational tasks are completed according to company standards.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Ritchie Bros. insights, services, and transactional solutions.
  • Partner with Strategic Account Managers on cross-selling activities to support growth of the customer’s portfolio.
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns relating to solutions menu.
  • Prepare contractual agreements between Ritchie Bros. and customers for products or services.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Facilitate insights, services, and transactional solutions.
  • Identify internal business partners and act as a liaison for Strategic Accounts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience within the following: Sales Support / Sales Administration / High-profile Customer Engagement
  • Understanding of legally binding contractual language and terminology
  • Advanced level understanding of MS Office and Adobe products:
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgement in a high volume, high pressure, deadline driven environment.
  • Interpersonal skills to interface effectively with the necessary stakeholders.
  • Capacity to analyze system ability to complete customer requests.
  • Proactively identify areas of risk in project execution to management and escalate as appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members from different disciplines and backgrounds.
  • Excellence in professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Import/export of data, mail merge
  • Excel: basic formula creation, pivot tables, and v-lookup
  • PowerPoint: creation of presentations
  • Outlook: create address books, groups, auto-response, mail rules, shared mailbox, calendar, and task management
  • SharePoint: navigation and functionality
  • Teams: chat functions, calls, & meetings
  • Adobe: editing & digital signatures
