The Oracle HCM Sr. Analyst will be responsible for supporting the HR Systems used by RB Global and continually look for ways to improve our processes, data, policies, and standards. They will need to be able to capture, analyze, and report key HR trends to drive strategic decision-making in our people processes. The role requires strong communication skills, to keep the People team informed on status of queries, issues, and concerns. The analyst must have very strong HR system implementation and project management skills, to be able to interface with executives, management, and employees on a variety of subjects and handle confidential and complex assignments with considerable discretion, judgment, and tact

Responsibilities

  • Support Oracle Cloud HCM applications, focusing on modules such as Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll, Absences, and Time.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTBI and BIP reports.
  • Build, run, and schedule custom reports as needed.
  • Work with Fast Formulas and eligibility profiles; experience in this area is highly desired.
  • Configure application, evaluate impacts, and support releases, patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Create and update configuration documents for enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Collaborate with business owners/ vendors/IT to analyze and prioritize requirements, following the JIRA/CAB process for development, testing and deployment.
  • Actively participate in team discussions and projects across different time zones.
  • Collect, correct, and analyze data for different People related metrics.
  • Providing training and coaching to end users as needed
  • Set a positive example through attitude and performance, be willing to perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience implementing/supporting Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across various time zones.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours slightly earlier or later to accommodate EST/PST time zones.
  • Typical Corporate Office Environment

Individual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.  Based on the national average, the anticipated salary range for this role is $64,800 - $96,000 per year.
