Job Description

Responsible for leading, developing, and implementing a comprehensive change management program that engages, educates, and empowers our employees through meaningful communications. Incumbent will be skilled in engagement of cross functional stakeholders at all levels to ensure success of transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of organizational change initiatives, as well as manage specific change projects
  • Developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships positioning yourself into "Trusted Advisor" status
  • Developing and delivering strategic training plans to prepare individuals for success
  • Lead and document change impacts by conducting impact analyses and other change management assessments
  • Develop communication materials to ensure adoption of new ways of working and technology solutions for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Project manage your work stream (e.g. weekly status reports, risks and dependency management, work stream planning)
  • Develop training materials that will be used in instructor-led sessions or as part of self-paced offerings
  • Facilitates education and training to build change management capabilities across the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 Years Direct Experience in change management, corporate communications or organizational development; Strong communication skills, proficient understanding of change management methodologies.
  • Project Management Certification given preference
  • This is a remote role

 

Based on the national average expected compensation for this role will be approximately $105,000.00
