Job Description
- This individual will be responsible for proactively elevating our 'employer of choice' employer brand in order to identify and attract new talent to join the company. This will include but is not limited to continuously enhancing our career sites externally, improving our profile and engagement strategies across social media, and leveraging internal ambassadors to showcase our culture. This person will also need to be highly analytical to assess outreach effectiveness and continuously improve our approach on how we go to market.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and modernize channels that directly funnel candidates through traditional and non-traditional avenues.
- Manage content and ongoing maintenance of career sites, postings, crowd sourcing, blogs, social media, video, online communities, ambassador programs, talent communities, university relations, etc.
- Develop a strategy and implement a process for capturing candidate online reviews; monitor online ratings and responding accordingly.
- Support creative sourcing strategies and assist in writing unique job ads for core roles.
- Work cross functionally with graphic design and marketing team to develop high-quality, high-impact materials that inform, educate, and illustrate our culture (ie. Brochures, Banners, Flyers, Online Ads).
- Collaborating with teams across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific for input into globally-supported projects.
- Attend seminars, workshops, career fairs, host tours and info sessions as required to build talent brand awareness.
- Supports new program launch and execution specific to talent brand responsibility, including messaging assistance and communications.
- Manages the internal referral program and awareness strategy.
- Works closely with the business, Talent Acquisition Business Partners and Coordinators to ensure the best candidate experience.
- Leverage existing relations with all 3rd party suppliers such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc. to continuously gain insight (through metrics, audience traffic, training, enhancements, etc.) and drive optimization of these tools.
- Manage candidate experience surveys and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and track global scorecard performance to drive continuous improvements efforts across talent acquisition globally.
- Ongoing awareness and analysis of competitors to ensure our global talent brand is truly differentiated.
- Apply goals and report actionable insights to ensure growth of communities and loyalty through building, launching, monitoring, maintaining, and evaluating.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5-8 years' experience with technology and products supporting recruitment, employment branding, social media marketing and job candidate services.
- Requires working knowledge of both recruiting and marketing areas and the ability to integrate the two fields.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within remote teams; share responsibility for results and accepting feedback.
- Strong preference for those who have prior Marketing experience or undergraduate degree in Marketing.
- Excellent at creating innovative communications and using tools/applications to assist.
- Analytical, used to gathering metrics and working with data to provide insight and direction.
- Self-directed, forward thinker that can bring new ideas to the forefront based on looking at trends and external best practices.
- Highly energetic, excellent communicator, and talent ambassador
- Digital native, inherently curious, and excellent researcher
- Fluency in oral & written English required, multi-lingual ability (oral & written) is preferred in general.
