It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full-time and part-time roles to conduct a successful multi-million dollar auction – from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives.

We’re looking for a Part-time Customer Service RepresentativeThe work location for this position is Saskatoon , Saskatchewan and is considered a fully on-site role

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and maintain relationships with sponsor vendors and support sales team with Sponsorship requests and processing. 
  • Seek confirmation of sponsor commitment with accurate geographical and industry (Agriculture vs Industrial) Territory Manager
  • Communicate and receive accurate invoice from sponsor vendor and process in MARS
    • Flow to accurate TM and RSM
    • Seek approval and completion of PO (Purchase Order)
  • Communicate the need for RB logo and confirm format required.  Deliver electronic version to vendor. 
  • Follow up payment has been received with RB Accounts Payable and/or Vendor

Tradeshows

  • Review and maintain relationships with key contact of Prairie Division Trade shows (Ag in Motion, Crop Production, Agribition, etc)
  • Manage relationship with key RB Sales contact managing specific trade show
  • Schedule and book
    • Trade show booth space
    • Additional items (furniture) confirmed with sales leader
    • Technology (wifi), carpet, cleaning, set up/teardown
    • Hotels for out-of-town staff
    • Marketing Materials and them (Retirement, Real Estate, etc)
    • SWAG – giveaways and/or offering to engage with customers. 
  • Organize and distribute trade show passes to attending staff.
  • Communicate logistics with attending staff.
    • Travel days, hours of trade show, clothing requirements, staff schedule, admission passes, responsibilities.
  • Prairie Division Admin and A/R Support
    •  Support Prairie Division sites with A/R call lists pertaining to Prairie Auctions. 
      • Chronological order
  • Support/Organize Prairie Executive with Quarterly or 1H year meetings. 
    • This can include, location, hotels, tech support, presentations, team building, etc. 

Qualifications

  • Previous work experience where you worked in-person with customers.
  • Experience using computers, and able to learn to use new technology and software. 
  • Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry. 
  • A commitment to providing fantastic customer service. 
  • Able to work well and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations. 
  • A friendly, outgoing, patient personality. 
  • You thrive working as part of team, pitching in wherever you’re needed

This job will require you to:

  • This position is sedentary in nature and requires minimal physical efforts.
  • A significant amount of time is spent working on a computer and the ability to hear, speak, write, see, type and perform other basic office functions is required.
