The People Technology Lead will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and reporting key HR trends to inform strategic decision-making in our people processes. This role requires strong analytical and Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities. Effective communication is essential to keep the HR team and Business Partners updated on the status of queries, issues, and concerns. The Lead will continually seek opportunities to enhance policies and standards and must handle confidential and complex assignments with discretion, judgment, and tact. Additionally, the Lead will direct project work, mentor team members, and stay informed about the latest developments in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Oracle HCM applications, focusing on modules such as: Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll, Absences, and Time.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTBI and BIP reports.
  • Build, run, and schedule custom reports as needed.
  • Provide expertise in Fast Formulas and eligibility profiles; experience in this area is highly advantageous.
  • Perform hands-on configuration of applications, assess impacts, and lead support for releases, patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Create and update configuration documents for enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with business owners to analyze and prioritize requirements while effectively managing multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Follow the JIRA/CAB process for the development, testing, and deployment of changes.
  • Engage in team discussions and projects across different time zones.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining a client service orientation.
  • Assist HR and designated teams with specific assignments, including special projects, setting timetables, conducting research, and organizing information for project completion.
  • Set a positive personal example through attitude and performance.
  • Remain flexible and willing to undertake additional tasks as assigned.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in training and developing team members on Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Capability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to stay updated on new Oracle HCM features and industry trends.
  • Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience implementing/supporting Oracle HCM applications.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across various time zones.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours slightly earlier or later to accommodate EST/PST time zones.
