Job Description

IAA Holdings, LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Title Procurement within our Inventory Solutions Department to join our team. This position can be located anywhere in the United States. Occasional travel to a local facility is required.

The Inventory Solutions Supervisor is responsible for working with managers to understand companywide goals and help their departments contribute positively to the company’s vision. This involves developing strategies for improving productivity, performance, profitability, and guiding team members to reach these goals.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):

  • Assign daily tasks to their team members and create their work schedules
  • Provide feedback on performance through quality assurance monitoring and provide monthly coaching or on a needed basis
  • Coordinate with HR to acquire and train new employees and take disciplinary action when necessary
  • Assist department management in the timely and efficient flow of all necessary documents in accordance with applicable codes
  • Assist customers and regulatory personnel by resolving various documentation problems
  • Maintain high levels of customer service
  • Design more efficient ways of processing work
  • Facilitate employee teamwork to meet our customers’ needs
  • Resolve team level employee issues
  • Coordinate and administer general business office activities
  • Supervise office services such as mail and messenger, duplicating, central filing, word processing, fax equipment, telephone, stationery supplies, order processing, and security

Preferred Requirements and Skills:

  • A minimum 2 - 4 years’ experience in a document processing function with increasing supervisory experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent training required, with some college education preferred
  • Previous experience in insurance total loss is considered an asset
  • Previous experience in a call center experience is considered an asset
  • Experience with Five9 Phone system Desired
  • Auto titling and auto industry experience
  • Exposure to managing salvage titling and vehicle

California, Connecticut, Colorado, Maryland, Nevada, Rhode Island Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $45,000 to $60,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer a benefits package including: health insurance, 401K, STD/LTD, Life Insurance/AD&D, paid holidays and vacations.
