Job Description
The Business Systems Senior Analyst is responsible for implementing process improvement and efficiency within the Buyer & Seller Services team. The position will also liaise with internal departments and department leaders to support the integration of processes that promotes business objectives and drives performance.
Responsibilities
- Process Enhancements: Analyze RB buyer/seller services processes and procedures, identifying inefficiencies, and driving the development and implementation of enhancements to promote operational efficiency and controls.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with development objectives.
- Liaise with leaders and SME’s, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs and facilitating effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead in the planning and execution of business development initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Support the implementation of new processes, programs and systems, ensuring smooth integrations with existing business development operations.
- Prepare detailed business requirement documents and process flows to ensure clear communication and understanding for users.
- Develop and lead training sessions to users on new tools and methodologies.
- Support various departments with Ad-hoc reports.
- Other duties and project as assigned.
- Maintains compliance with all audit and risk management requirements and all other internal policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to effectively interact with Sales and Operational teams as well as customers.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, including extensive use of pivot tables, V-lookups and comfort with complex excel sheets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver effective presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet changing priorities and multi-task while meeting strict deadlines.
- Must be a team player and work well in a dynamic environment.
- A curious and proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- Desire to suggest alternatives and ideas for improvement.
- Expected compensation for this role starts at $73,030.00/year.
