Job Description

IAA, an RB Global Inc. Company is seeking a Title Procurement Manager to join our team. This is a remote position with occasional travel to a local facility is required. 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following): 

Directly responsible for the general operations and overall performance of multiple departments under the IAA Title Procurement unit 

Directly responsible for a team of employees comprised of customer service representatives, file handlers, and department supervisors as needed to maintain an appropriate span of control 

Will perform hiring, progressive discipline and termination activities 

Responsible for various aspects of their assigned department, including generation and monitoring of reports, evaluation and reaction to reporting data, and scheduling and conducting required meetings 

Responsible for monitoring the performance of business units and implementing appropriate changes to ensure that targets are achieved. Changes may include but are not limited to recommending staffing levels, coaching existing staff, determining revised business processes, and identifying then specifying business system modifications 

Will manage and oversee, from a business unit perspective, the implementation and maintenance of business systems including but not limited to contact center software, workflow management systems, business intelligence systems, and customer relationship management systems 

Will have face-to-face contact with customers both at IAA locations and at customer locations. Interactions may include customer training, operational performance reviews, issue resolution 

Will develop and implement business processes and workflows to accommodate customer requirements 

Job Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree reqiured 

Ability to review and interpret key performance indicators 

Ability to establish and manage to operational performance goals 

Ability to identify and resolve operational roadblocks 

Ability to anticipate short term and long term problems and implement solutions 

Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change 

Ability to influence employee satisfaction and turnover 

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are required 

Must be able to communicate with all departments and call center management team 

Strong organization and time management skills are required 

Working knowledge and understanding auto auction operations is required 

Thorough understanding of the processes and procedures of the National Remarketing Center is desired 

General understanding of auction business processes and financials is required 

Thorough understanding of IAA settlement procedures is desired 

General understanding of vehicle title processing including the processing of clear, salvage and repossession titles 

Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access, Visio) is required 

Desire to participate in training and consulting team members in the deployment and usage of new processes and applications is a plus 

Develop and plan through proactive employee assessment an engaged workforce 

Preferred Requirements and Skills: 

Experience with Five9 Phone system Desired
