Job Description

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for gathering, interpreting, and analyzing internal data, systems, and process to create business insights and recommendations and enable the roll-out of systems and process to support Sales and Sales Effectiveness performance. The position delivers periodic analytic reporting to Sr. Leaders in an action-oriented manner and provides recommendations for the effective use and optimization of company systems and procedures.

The Business Systems Analyst will implement plans for overall process improvements using data/reporting evaluations and system/process research to drive efficiency and reduce business risks. The position will also liaise with internal departments and department leaders including Product and Technology to support the integration of processes that promotes business objectives and drives performance. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts analysis of the organization, processes, and systems using Key Performance Metrics (KPI) and data from various internal systems.
  • Designs and maintains models/tools, including data capture and reporting, that identifies operational inefficiency in operations, with the ability to implement process improvement solutions.
  • Communicate KPI analysis in an action-oriented manner and liaise with Sr. Leaders to drive improvements in business operations and working processes.
  • Leverage RB in-house analytic tools and recommend new systems solutions that promotes operational efficiency and controls. Collaboration with Product, Development, and Business Intelligence team as necessary. 
  • Working across departments, measuring efficiency, and providing actionable recommendations by liaising with department leaders using a KPI framework analysis as a measure for improvement.
  • Responsible for regular system and tool evaluations.
  • Participating and providing systems and process leadership in various business projects as necessary, playing an active role in successful implementation of projects including communication and training support.
  • Support various departments with Ad-hoc reports and working papers.
  • Other duties and project as assigned.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent combination of experience and education. 
  • 2+ years’ experience in Administration or Business Analysis, and proven understanding of company policies/procedures.
