Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our team as a Market Development Representative. The Market Development Rep will play a key role in expanding our customer base, identifying and driving business growth. This role is focused on identifying and capturing new market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify trends and patterns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in excel.
  • Knowledge of the auction industry, heavy equipment market, equipment finance or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: partner with Regional Sales Teams to identify market opportunities within the USA.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing RB customers and collaborate closely with the RB teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Business Development: Identify and engage potential customers and conduct targeted outreach activities through cold calling to generate leads and build a strong pipeline.
