To strengthen our Mascus operations, we are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our international team. You must be based in Spain, but you will work mostly remote.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to support sales and customers with a wide range of sales, customer, administrative, financial, and marketing-related tasks. You will be the key contact for both internal teams and external customers, ensuring smooth processes, excellent service, and timely resolution of inquiries.

You will be accountable for:

  • Managing customer ads, registrations, and data updates
  • Handling leads, reports, and customer information to support sales activities
  • Supervising and managing invoicing issues, overdue accounts, collections, payment allocations and refunds
  • Processing order registrations, changes, cancellations, and price changes
  • Supporting and administrating product setups and adjustments 
  • Reporting and tracking of Jira tickets for customer and product support
  • Supporting marketing activities such as social media, SEO, and translations
  • Ensuring timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Be proactive and drive sales activities for improving revenue to support the Sales Team
  • Other duties as assigned

Here is what you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in customer support, sales, and administration)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer-support, sales, administration, and/or finance
  • Strong computer and CRM skills (preferably Salesforce and/or Jira)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, knowledge of French and/or Italian is a strong plus (more than 2 languages highly valued)
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to persuade and lead people in pursuit of key objectives. The ability to build strong relationships inside & outside the company
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, capable of working independently to achieve goals.
  • Willing to dig-in and continually learn new things and build knowledge base.
  • Team player with problem-solving mindset who proactively works with other people to ensure customer needs are met.
